Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and analytical professional to fill the role of Manager - Development Financial Analysis within our Hospitality Team. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy for development projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision.

The primary focus of this role is comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and modeling. You will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and provide financial strategies that balance risk and opportunity.

• Market & Strategic Support: Monitor macroeconomic trends, tourism developments, and hotel sector dynamics to inform investment decisions. Provide analytical insights for strategic planning, benchmarking, and decision-making. Assist with CAPEX planning and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Perform financial analysis for new development projects, including NPV, IRR, and payback assessments. Build and maintain detailed financial models for feasibility studies and investment appraisals. Prepare forecasted financial statements and support investor funding requests.
• Project & Portfolio Support: Assist Development and HBU teams with project planning, financial analysis, and performance tracking. Monitor portfolio performance and prepare dashboards, reports, and executive updates. Support global hotel development opportunity evaluations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries, present analyses to senior management, and collaborate with operators and project teams to validate assumptions.
• Process Improvement & Governance: Maintain accuracy and consistency in financial models and feasibility studies. Implement standardized templates and support the development of reporting tools. Recommend process improvements to enhance financial analysis and data integrity.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment modeling, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or consulting. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
