Sales Specialist - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in MEP systems and contracting projects. This role requires an individual capable of identifying business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective technical and commercial solutions.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the MEP market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in MEP contracting, electromechanical systems, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
