Innova Pharmacy, a leading pharmacy chain in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in the Riyadh region. Established in 1994, Innova Pharmacy operates over 200 branches across 12 cities, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical and healthcare services to our communities.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for our pharmacy, corporate, and operational roles. This full-time, on-site position involves sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers. Additionally, the role supports employer branding initiatives, maintains talent pipelines, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong full-life cycle recruiting skills, solid hiring and interviewing skills, and experience in employer branding. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with experience in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy sector recruitment, would be an asset. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are also required.

Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local stakeholder and candidate engagement.
