• Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage and coordinate teams of civil engineers, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, maintain project documentation, and submit regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their expectations.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil construction supervision. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles are essential. Proficiency in using project management software and fluency in Arabic and English are also required.
