As a trusted partner, we deliver unparalleled technical operations and service excellence, empowering our clients with reliable, high-impact solutions. Now, we invite you to join our dynamic growth journey in the heart of Saudi Arabia—Riyadh—as we expand our footprint in a region of strategic importance.

Your Role in Riyadh

We are seeking a highly motivated HR & Government Relations Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our operations in Riyadh. This position will serve as the backbone of our HR and administrative functions, ensuring seamless compliance with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape while fostering strong government relations. You will be instrumental in managing critical HR processes, navigating complex government portals, and providing strategic administrative support to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee employee onboarding, system registrations (Qiwa, IQAMA, ERV, and other government platforms), and ensure adherence to Saudization requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Government Relations: Act as the primary liaison with Saudi authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and other regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Administrative Leadership: Provide executive secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Business Director, coordinating payroll, payslips, leave records, health insurance, and visa processing.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including utilities, supplies procurement, maintenance coordination, and vendor management through portals and purchase requisitions.
  • Employee Support: Assist with travel arrangements, expense management, and end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • System Monitoring: Track and follow up on government portal updates, renewals, and compliance deadlines to mitigate risks and maintain operational continuity.

Your Ideal Profile

To thrive in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, coupled with a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws and government processes. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in HR administration, government relations, or a similar role within Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, Saudization policies (Nitaqat), and hands-on experience with government portals such as Qiwa, IQAMA, Etimad, and iSimply.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic (native proficiency) and English (professional proficiency).
