Construction Manager - Aramco - Oil & GAS

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with a proven track record in Saudi Aramco's EPC projects to oversee and execute construction activities at our site. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-4 approvals in a similar or higher position within Aramco.

Construction Leadership & Execution:
Manage and supervise all construction activities, ensuring alignment with Aramco standards (SAES, SAIC, SAMSS) and international codes (API, ASME, NFPA, IEC, IEEE).
Develop and implement construction execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Identify and mitigate variances between scope of work and variations.
Lead coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and site engineers, and ensure familiarity with closeout procedures.
Conduct daily meetings, monitor progress versus baseline, identify risks, and suggest mitigation plans to the Project Manager.
Technical & Quality Oversight:
Review IFC drawings, construction deliverables, and technical documents for compliance and identify conflicts between design documents and site conditions.
Ensure quality control procedures are followed and resolve non-conformities (INCR/NCR) promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, pre-commissioning readiness checks, and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
HSE & Compliance:
Promote and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Ensure work is executed under permit-to-work (PTW) systems, maintaining compliance with Aramco safety standards.
Maintain site housekeeping and implement risk mitigation plans for safe operations.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the site construction team, project management, and Aramco representatives.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Support commissioning and handover activities in coordination with the commissioning team.
