Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Outlets Manager will play a critical role in the following areas:

• Operational Leadership: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of outlet venues, including restaurants, cafes, or bars, to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Team Management: Support the Outlets Manager in supervising and mentoring outlet staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and high performance.
• Guest Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the Outlets Manager to elevate guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Financial Performance: Assist in monitoring outlet budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as Delta Hotels and Resorts’ brand standards and operational policies.
• Training and Development: Support the Outlets Manager in training and developing staff to meet service excellence and professional growth objectives.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to ensure cohesive operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing operational reports, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance outlet efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, a diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within outlet operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving operational goals.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management principles in a hospitality setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in hospitality management, food safety, or related fields are a plus.
