Store Coordinator

Lead and oversee all home healthcare medical supplies stores to ensure continuous, safe, and cost-effective availability of medical consumables, basic medications, IV solutions, vaccines, and related materials for home care services.

Manage storekeepers, inventory systems, cold chain, and coordination with Dallah Health shared services and central stores. Ensure all supply-chain practices comply with Dallah policies, CBAHI/JCI standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting uninterrupted operations for nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.

• Organizational Accountabilities: Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Functional Accountabilities:
• Operational Leadership & Supervision: Supervise day-to-day operations, allocate duties, monitor adherence to policies, conduct regular walkthroughs, and ensure proper coverage.
• Inventory Management & Stock Optimization: Set par levels, review consumption trends, approve requisitions, oversee inventory counts, and implement redistribution plans.
• Receiving, Storage & Cold Chain Oversight: Check incoming supplies, ensure proper storage, oversee cold chain management, and apply stock rotation consistently.
• Issuing, Kits & Support to Clinical Operations: Design issue processes, oversee kit preparation, ensure traceability, and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Trials, New Items & Coordination with Dallah Health Shared Services: Manage trial requests, collect feedback, update item master data, and participate in vendor evaluations.
• Quality, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies, develop SOPs, lead internal audits, and coordinate responses to external audits.
