Tenant Management Analyst

The Tenant Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing tenant-related services, lease administration, tenant engagement, and operational coordination to ensure effective leasing, revenue optimization, compliance, and service delivery in alignment with group shared services and financial objectives. This role requires adherence to stipulated business policies and procedures.

• Manages tenant-related services, including leases, renewals, terminations, and inquiries, through an integrated helpdesk system.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for tenant issues, disputes, and escalated complaints.
• Maximizes revenue through effective leasing, rent collection, and business planning to optimize tenant occupation.
• Monitors tenant satisfaction, gathers feedback, and implements engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
• Provides reports on rental income and operational performance to optimize financial outcomes.
• Oversees compliance with lease regulations, including fit-out inspections and tenancy handovers.
• Manages and submits all tenant requests regarding operations and maintenance, cleaning, electricity, etc., through the ticketing system and aligns with group shared services to close tickets within the approved SLA.
• Reports income and expenses, analyzes cash flow, and assesses profitability to optimize financial performance in alignment with RE & stc square finance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 0-2 years of experience in Tenant Management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Professional job band
• Relevant certifications (if any)
