As our Team Leader - Stores, you will lead a team responsible for the timely and effective management of spare parts and equipment inventory. This includes order provisioning, purchase, delivery, receipt, storage, and issue, all while maintaining stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Establish and maintain efficient inventory control systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors and team managers to ensure spare parts availability.
• Monitor and report inventory performance, spending trends, and recurring equipment issues.
• Optimize stock levels for cost-effective inventory management.
• Identify inventory-related challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze spare parts pricing to support cost optimization initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), and fluency in English. A minimum of one year of experience in warehouse operations or a related field is also required.
