Kerten Hospitality (KH), a pioneering end-to-end lifestyle hospitality operator, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Financial Controller for our prestigious The House Hotel Dar Tantora in Alula. We transform destinations through impactful partnerships, driving profitability and sustainability.

• Support the Financial Controller in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring proper recording, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in line with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial controls.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in cost control initiatives by analyzing expenses, identifying variances, and recommending improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes when required.
• Work closely with operational departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with budgets.
• Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
