Join Baazeem Trading Company as a Financial Analyst

We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will leverage financial data to identify trends, provide strategic insights, and drive business performance improvements.

Analyze financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
Prepare and review routine and ad-hoc financial reports.
Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Present financial findings and insights to management.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Leverage ERP systems for data extraction, analysis, and validation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
Knowledge of financial modeling and reporting is an asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
