Join Bavarian Capital's Expanding Project Management Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Manager to support a significant long-term initiative in collaboration with a major Riyadh-based organization. This role is crucial for maintaining clarity and organization across multiple infrastructure and capital management workstreams.

Responsibilities:
Maintain project schedules and update internal tracking tools.
Prepare weekly reports for our Riyadh-based partner.
Coordinate internal meetings and document action items.
Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays.
Organize and manage digital files and project documentation.
Communicate with internal departments for regular status updates.
Support the senior project manager in administrative tasks.
Verify project deliverables meet quality standards.
Track project expenses and administrative costs.

What We're Looking For:

University degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
