Job Purpose: Oversee and coordinate efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound pharmaceutical operations.
- Execute and monitor SAP S/4HANA warehouse transactions.
- Manage inter-warehouse and branch stock transfers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with GDP, QMS, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational records and inventory reports.
- Support warehouse performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP WM/EM.
