We are seeking an Associate Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our business units by providing accurate and insightful data-driven insights, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

• Gather and analyze statistics and data to create comprehensive reports in various formats.
• Verify and process time reports, ensuring accurate hours worked and job charges.
• Maintain employee directories and track paid-time-off hours.
• Prepare general correspondence and manage files, as well as handle telephone and mail duties.
• Establish and maintain equipment records and coordinate physical space requirements.
• Support budget preparation and staffing reports as directed.
• Collaborate with the supervisor on performance appraisals and personnel actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
• Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent data analysis, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
