Key Responsibilities

The Indoor Sales Representative will play a multifaceted role in ensuring the success of our showroom operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement and Sales: Greet customers warmly, provide personalized assistance, and guide them through their purchasing journey to maximize sales opportunities. Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales, aligning with management directives.
• Showroom Management: Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment, ensuring that merchandise is attractively displayed and readily accessible. Oversee merchandising strategies, stock replenishment, and inventory management to meet customer demand and company standards.
• Product Knowledge and Communication: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including new arrivals, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and compelling product information.
• Operational Excellence: Handle financial transactions, including sales processing, invoicing, stock transfers, and credit note management, with precision and accountability. Ensure compliance with company protocols for product handling, storage, and display, including the proper management of testers, expired products, and tutorial videos.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with remote sales representatives by sharing product images, updates, and assisting in the generation of sales orders and credit notes. Contribute to team efforts by maintaining cleanliness in the showroom and storage areas, and assisting with deliveries and stock management as required.
• Administrative Duties: Fulfill all administrative tasks related to showroom operations, including documentation, reporting, and communication with management regarding stock levels, new arrivals, and out-of-stock items.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or a similar sales-driven environment is highly advantageous. A background in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both Arabic and English, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse customer segments and stakeholders.
• Personality and Skills: An extroverted and confident personality with strong public relations skills. Proven negotiation and sales acumen, coupled with analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems efficiently.
• Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with reporting software such as Oracle or Pims, and adeptness in internet browsing for research and communication purposes.
• Education and Location: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, though an academic degree is preferred. Local candidates in Riyadh are strongly encouraged to apply.
