Country Manager/GM - Saudi National

The Country Manager/GM - Saudi National is a strategic and execution-driven role responsible for building, leading, and scaling our client's IT and cybersecurity business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a Saudi national with a strong sales background and proven leadership skills to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and long-term business sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi market, a strong network within key enterprise and government accounts, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging cybersecurity trends. This role involves full P&L ownership, strategic planning, and direct revenue generation, making it a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy, lead the local team, and drive market entry and expansion in line with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Sales & Channel Development: Personally lead and close large, complex deals, manage key vendor relationships, and expand the reseller/integrator partner network.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Act as the key point of contact for regional strategic vendors, optimize profitability, and ensure successful product launches and partner engagement.
• Team Leadership & Operations: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensure business operations comply with Country regulations, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Government & Regulatory Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with relevant government entities and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
