Technical Office Engineer – Landscaping

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Office Engineer – Landscaping to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the preparation of executive plans for infrastructure and landscaping projects, with a strong proficiency in the Civil 3D program. This role requires expertise in specifications and measurement methods for infrastructure and landscape projects, particularly those adhering to Saudi and international standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of project deliverables while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and prepare comprehensive executive plans for infrastructure and landscaping projects using the Civil 3D program. Ensure that all plans are detailed, accurate, and aligned with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Quantity Surveying and Measurement: Conduct precise quantities surveying and measurements for infrastructure and landscape projects, adhering to both Saudi and international specifications. Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support project execution and compliance.
• Specification Compliance: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Saudi specifications and measurement methodologies. Ensure that all project deliverables comply with these specifications to meet local regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to review project plans, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless project progression. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications. Ensure that all records are up-to-date and readily accessible for review by stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in landscaping and infrastructure projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Prior exposure to projects governed by Saudi specifications is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Civil 3D program, with a strong ability to create, modify, and interpret technical drawings and models. Familiarity with other relevant software tools is a plus.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational abilities to effectively convey technical information, manage project documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to facilitate seamless communication in a multicultural and multilingual work environment.
