Your Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities designed to optimize financial performance and support the strategic goals of the department. Your daily tasks will include:

• Financial Performance Monitoring: Analyze departmental financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction. Implement actionable strategies to enhance profitability and ensure the Food & Beverage department operates within budgetary guidelines.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present key insights to department heads and leadership teams. Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss financial performance, cost factors, and corrective measures, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the hotel’s finance team and Food & Beverage department to maintain financial accuracy, streamline processes, and support operational initiatives. Your ability to bridge the gap between finance and operations will be instrumental in driving cohesive decision-making.
• Project Support: Assist the Finance Lead in executing special projects that contribute to the department’s success. Whether it’s implementing new cost-control measures or analyzing financial data for strategic planning, your contributions will directly influence the department’s growth and sustainability.
