Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities designed to enhance the customer journey and contribute to the success of our Riyadh boutique. Your core duties will include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to understand their preferences, offering tailored product recommendations that align with their tastes and needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Buccellati’s collections, including our signature gold and silver jewelry, gemstone creations, and iconic designs, to confidently convey their craftsmanship, materials, and heritage to customers.
• Sales Execution: Drive sales by effectively presenting product features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and closing transactions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Inventory Management: Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are attractive, well-organized, and reflective of Buccellati’s brand identity. Assist in inventory replenishment and stock rotation as needed.
• Clienteling: Build and nurture lasting relationships with high-value clients by following up on purchases, sending personalized notes, and inviting them to exclusive events or previews of new collections.
• Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols while maintaining a clean, inviting, and secure retail environment. Collaborate with the store management team to optimize store operations and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of retail experience, interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for luxury. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
• Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and courteous manner. A customer-centric mindset is essential.
• Sales Aptitude: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to influence purchasing decisions through consultative selling techniques.
• Product Passion: A keen interest in luxury jewelry, gemstones, and design trends, coupled with the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of Buccellati’s collections.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
