Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide a personalized and high-end shopping experience to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Build long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Richemont’s luxury products, including jewelry, watches, and accessories. Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Richemont’s portfolio of brands, product features, and market trends. Stay updated on industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store’s presentation aligns with Richemont’s brand image. Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring accurate product displays. Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments, including store management, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
