Key Responsibilities

As a Stewarding Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of stewards, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to Hilton’s standards.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage the daily operations of the stewardship department, including dishwashing, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, to uphold the highest hygiene and safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all food and beverage areas, ensuring compliance with local and international health regulations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, utensils, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
• Guest Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with food and beverage teams to support seamless service delivery, addressing any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous health and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals, waste disposal, and equipment operation, to create a secure working environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to streamline operations and maintain a cohesive workflow.

Qualifications and Skills
