Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform campaign planning.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and optimized for maximum ROI.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Develop compelling, high-quality content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Optimize content for search engines and user engagement to improve organic reach and conversion rates.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Generate actionable insights to refine strategies, enhance user experience, and drive continuous improvement.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, curate engaging content, and foster community growth. Monitor trends, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation to build brand loyalty and trust.
• SEO & SEM Expertise: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize lead generation and conversions within budget constraints.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, ROI, and recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and cultural nuances is advantageous.
