Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales function. Your responsibilities will encompass managing tender tracking, maintaining precise pipeline data, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the timely and compliant submission of opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee vendor registrations and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day sales operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Tender Platform Monitoring: Actively monitor and follow up on tender platforms such as Etimad, Forsah, SAP, and Oracle to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Document Management: Upload, organize, and maintain tender documents and related details on OneDrive for seamless access and collaboration.
• Pipeline Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Attend weekly sales meetings to provide updates, insights, and actionable recommendations to drive performance.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Handle company registrations on vendor platforms, maintain contracts and agreements, and manage supplier and contractor databases.
• Relationship Coordination: Register and renew vendor and partner relationships to strengthen our collaborative ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, and Finance, to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
• Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), and diligently follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Tendering, or Bid Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage with stakeholders and partners.
• Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
• Documentation & Reporting: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate insightful reports.
• Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with tendering platforms and enterprise software solutions is a plus.
