Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Commercial Leadership: Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the Saudi insurance market, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Relationship Development & Management: Establish and maintain high-value relationships with key stakeholders, including health insurers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and large corporate organizations, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with critical decision-makers such as HR Directors, Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Medical Directors, and actuarial teams to advocate for the company’s preventative healthcare solutions and secure buy-in for strategic partnerships.
- Pipeline Management & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify, qualify, and manage a diverse pipeline of partnership opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of high-potential leads and conversion prospects.
- Business Case Development & Presentation: Craft compelling, data-driven business cases that highlight the financial and healthcare benefits of the company’s solutions, demonstrating measurable return on investment (ROI) to prospective partners.
- Contract Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations to finalize pilot programs, partnership agreements, and long-term commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
- Regulatory & Procurement Navigation: Expertly navigate the complexities of Saudi healthcare regulations and procurement processes to ensure compliance and streamline partnership onboarding.
- Sales Pipeline Discipline: Maintain meticulous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices and proactively manage the sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth and partnership expansion.
- Industry Representation & Networking: Represent the company at high-profile industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the Kingdom, enhancing brand visibility and fostering strategic alliances.
Essential Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is required to effectively engage with local stakeholders and navigate the Saudi business landscape.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of B2B sales or partnership experience within Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record in enterprise-level sales.
- Industry Network: Established connections within the health insurance sector, including TPAs, employee benefits providers, or large corporate organizations.
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise sales, with a focus on delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and commercial awareness, coupled with the ability to articulate ROI-based business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a talent for building trust and driving collaboration.
- Location: Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to the city to fulfill the role effectively.
