Role Overview
As a Manager of Policies and Processes at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the organization’s operational framework. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in developing, implementing, and refining policies and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that policies align with business objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development and Implementation: Lead the creation, review, and update of policies and procedures to support the company’s strategic goals. Ensure policies are clear, actionable, and aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity across departments.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company’s policies and processes remain compliant with local and international laws. Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization from potential liabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, legal teams, and department heads to align policies with business objectives. Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and adherence to established guidelines.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new policies and processes. Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and processes. Provide regular reports to leadership on compliance status, process improvements, and areas requiring attention.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding advanced degrees or professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in policy development, process management, or a related field is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulations are critical. Proficiency in policy management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
