SATEL, a premier residential community developer in Riyadh, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to weave the social fabric of our diverse and vibrant residential portfolio. This role is not just about managing buildings; it's about building communities.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver experiences that transform neighbors into a community and a lease into a lifestyle choice. From weekly events and family programs to resident welcome experiences and loyalty initiatives, your work will directly impact how people feel about where they live and influence their decision to stay.

• You possess an innate ability to bring people from diverse backgrounds together.
• You understand the unique needs and preferences of different resident segments and create experiences that resonate with all.
• You proactively anticipate community needs and act on them.
• You are comfortable planning and executing events for various age groups and resident profiles.
• You measure success by resident engagement and satisfaction.

As a Community Manager at SATEL, you will:

• Design and execute a weekly schedule of community events, covering all resident segments and age groups.
• Develop and manage dedicated programming for families and children.
• Implement a structured Welcome Program for new residents within 72 hours of move-in.
• Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys, translate feedback into program improvements, and share insights with relevant teams.
• Manage a resident loyalty program and build partnerships with premium local brands to support it.
• Generate authentic content from within the communities to feed into SATEL's marketing channels.

We're looking for someone with:

• Genuine passion for people and community building.
• Experience in event planning, community management, hospitality, or residential experience.
• Comfort working with families, children, and international residents.
• Creativity, energy, and strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• A background in hospitality, community management, or residential experience in a premium environment (advantageous).
