Chine Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chine Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Daxin Global, based in the vibrant city of Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial operations with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, in accordance with international accounting standards.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and liaise with tax authorities as required.
• Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
• Expense Management: Oversee and validate company expenses, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance benchmarking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as procurement, sales, and operations to ensure financial data aligns with business activities and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
