Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking & Financial Services Account Lead to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers within banking and financial services institutions. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships to understand their evolving needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and profitability.
• Strategic Account Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking and financial services sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative service offerings that address market demands and drive revenue growth for both the client and our organization.
• Solution Delivery & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of financial services solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and adherence to regulatory compliance. Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery to exceed client expectations.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics. Leverage this insight to advise clients on best practices and position our services as the preferred choice in the marketplace.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers, analysts, and support staff. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence to drive collective success and achieve departmental goals.
• Financial Performance & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed account plans, including revenue forecasts, client profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives. Present regular performance reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in banking and financial services, with at least 5 years in an account management or client-facing leadership role. Prior experience in the Middle East market is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS), and digital transformation trends in the financial services sector.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), financial modeling tools, and data analytics platforms to drive informed decision-making.
