Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and industry best practices. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, including executive reporting structures, risk registers, RAID logs, and dynamic dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project health and performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, steering committees, C-level executives, government entities, enterprise clients, and strategic partners. Build and nurture relationships to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and align cross-functional teams, including UX, CX, Product Management, Technology, Data, AI, PMO, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of integrated solutions.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to address challenges before they impact delivery. Drive data-driven decision-making to resolve issues efficiently.
• Financial & Resource Management: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to governance standards, quality assurance protocols, and delivery methodologies to maintain the highest levels of excellence and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Facilitation: Conduct executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and decision-making meetings to align stakeholders and drive consensus on critical initiatives.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop project managers and delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency within the PMO.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Certifications: PMP certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
• Industry Background: Prior experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or an equivalent international consulting organization is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.

• Project Delivery: Proven experience managing mega projects valued in the multi-million SAR range, with a track record of delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, steering committees, and C-level executives to drive alignment and support.
• Financial Acumen: Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
• Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to project requirements.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges under pressure.
• Leadership & Communication: Outstanding leadership and people management skills, coupled with exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Industry Exposure: Candidates with experience in government & public sector, digital transformation, smart cities, or fintech are highly preferred.
