System Analyst - SAP S/4HANA Program

The System Analyst serves as a critical bridge between ASD’s business requirements and IT solution design, driving the SAP S/4HANA program and broader application portfolio. This role involves gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements, translating business needs into system specifications, and supporting delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate structured workshops and user interviews to elicit functional and non-functional requirements, and document them using agreed standards.
• Analyze and document current-state business processes, collaborate with functional consultants to design future-state processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices, and produce detailed system design specifications.
• Develop test plans, support business users during UAT, and validate system behavior against specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the Data Lead to document data migration requirements and validate data migration results.
• Produce and maintain application documentation, support non-SAP application initiatives, and provide post-go-live functional support.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and relevant certifications. Proven experience in system analysis, preferably within an SAP environment, is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
