We are currently supporting a prominent Riyadh-based investment firm in integrating large language models into their workflows. As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will focus on the practical aspect of instructing AI models to perform specific tasks, ensuring reliable and repeatable outputs that meet the client's unique data needs.

In this entry-level, full-time role, you will:

• Test and document the impact of different phrasing on the accuracy and tone of model outputs.
• Analyze system logs to identify context gaps in financial documents.
• Collaborate with investment analysts to understand and address their specific data requirements.
• Create prompt templates for recurring tasks and adjust model instructions for inconsistent data formats.
• Maintain a shared library of successful prompt patterns for the client's future use.
• Troubleshoot instances where the model ignores provided context or routing rules.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent English grammar skills and the ability to write precise, unambiguous instructions.
• A logical, methodical approach to testing and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of models like GPT or Claude.
• The ability to document findings clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional curiosity and a preference for technical facts over abstract ideas.
