About the Role

As a Project Manager at Aanaab, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision, strategic alignment, and measurable business impact. This position requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, internal teams, clients, and subject-matter experts to achieve project success within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. Beyond delivering projects, you will contribute to business growth by leading proposal development, fostering client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities. Your role will also involve championing process excellence through rigorous documentation, continuous improvement, and the implementation of industry best practices to elevate Aanaab’s project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the following responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement:

• Project Planning and Execution: Engage with internal and external subject-matter experts during the planning phase to define project schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Manage the delivery phase by conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to planned standards and client expectations.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Perform comprehensive quality control on project materials, delivery processes, and client deliverables. Analyze project risks, feedback, and performance metrics to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain meticulous project documentation, including reports, schedules, plans, meeting minutes, and communication records. Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and agreed-upon timelines.
• Financial Oversight: Own project budgeting and financial tracking by monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and identifying variances. Provide accurate financial insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing best practices, and implementing enhancements to streamline project delivery and enhance overall performance.
• Post-Project Reviews: Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, document key takeaways, and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization to drive future success.

Business Development and Client Engagement

The Project Manager will also play a critical role in business development and client relationship management by:

• Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client submissions, including responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations). Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and compelling submissions.
• Scope Definition and Planning: Translate client requirements into clear scopes of work, detailed project plans, and realistic deliverable timelines. Represent the project team in client meetings, document needs and feedback, and ensure accountability through structured follow-up actions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update sales pipeline and opportunity tracking tools to provide visibility on project status, resource availability, and potential business growth. Coordinate internally to prepare accurate cost estimates, project plans, and resource allocations for new opportunities.
• Client Relationships: Strengthen client relationships through professional, timely, and proactive communication. Foster trust and long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and addressing client needs proactively.
• Business Development Support: Develop compelling case studies, project references, and win materials that highlight Aanaab’s expertise and support future business development efforts. Leverage project successes to drive new opportunities and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial tracking, budget management, and risk assessment.
• Experience in proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and business development support is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy while maintaining strong accountability and ownership of project outcomes.
