Part - Time Call Center Agent

Position Overview

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our dynamic team as Part-Time Call Center Agents. This role is exclusively available to Saudi nationals who are eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries through multiple communication channels while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities to ensure seamless customer interactions and operational efficiency:

• Customer Inquiry Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, providing accurate and timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Data Logging and Prospect Allocation: Systematically log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and data integrity.
• Sales Consultant Coordination: Promptly allocate prospects to the designated Sales Consultant in each branch, notifying them immediately via email and WhatsApp to facilitate swift follow-up and conversion opportunities.
• Follow-Up and Escalation: Conduct follow-ups within 24 hours to verify whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale. Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) to ensure accountability and resolution.
• Service Excellence: Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every interaction.

Work Schedule and Model

This part-time position offers a flexible work arrangement with the following details:

• Working Hours: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, with split shifts to accommodate operational needs.
• Work Model: Hybrid (office and remote) to provide a balanced and adaptable work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Saudi national only.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Technical and Soft Skills: Proficient in computer operations and possess keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
