Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of financial responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement robust financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with local and international accounting standards. Oversee internal and external audits to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Optimize cash flow management, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs. Collaborate with banking partners to secure financing, manage investments, and mitigate financial risks.
• Cost Control & Efficiency: Lead initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, streamline financial processes, and implement best practices in expense management. Monitor departmental budgets and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Strategic Decision Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, assess financial implications, and support data-driven decision-making. Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, or expansion strategies as required.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering professional growth and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives. Promote a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
