Regulatory Affairs Intern – Gain Hands-On Experience in Pharmaceutical Compliance

Join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as a Regulatory Affairs Intern and take the first step toward a rewarding career in pharmaceutical compliance. This internship opportunity is designed for pharmacy students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure in regulatory affairs, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, food supplements, and pet supplements. As an integral part of our team, you will support critical regulatory processes, ensuring adherence to Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) standards while developing essential professional skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining regulatory submissions and maintaining compliance across multiple product categories. Your contributions will include:

  • SFDA Submissions Support: Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers for new products, renewals, and variations using the SFDA Drug Registration (SDR) and GHAD systems.
  • eCTD Dossier Compilation: Collaborate with the team to compile electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) dossiers, ensuring accuracy and completeness for timely submissions.
  • Deficiency Response Management: Help draft and review responses to SFDA deficiency letters, addressing gaps in documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Labeling and Artwork Review: Participate in the review of product labeling, artwork, and promotional materials to verify alignment with SFDA guidelines and avoid compliance risks.
  • Product Classification and Tracking: Support the classification of products, maintain accurate records, and track regulatory deadlines to ensure seamless compliance management.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A recent graduate or current student with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a closely related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
