As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to line management, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and diversity across our business units.

• Act as a strategic business partner, consulting and supporting line managers to drive employee engagement and improve business outcomes.
• Advise, coach, and mentor management and HR team members on people-related issues, acting as a change agent to facilitate transitions.
• Join key meetings to present weekly HR priorities and prepare reports, including the Workforce Balance Report.
• Support line managers in creating an engaging work environment, reinforcing a culture of meritocracy and compliance with local laws and Group policies.
• Manage outsourcing vendors to meet service standards and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct annual training needs analysis, induct new employees, and support the development of key and high-potential staff.
• Track progress of high-potential employees and prepare regular presentations on people status.
