We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models and analyses across revenues, costs, and funding requirements. You will support the development of revenue streams, pricing logic, and business cases for City services through economic and financial analysis, including benchmarking, cost structures, and impact assessments.

You will also play a crucial role in defining funding requirements and phasing, including scenario analysis, and provide financial inputs into strategy, operating model, and business planning. Your responsibilities will include tracking and validating assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies across workstreams, as well as coordinating with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure consistency of financial outputs.

Additionally, you will support the high-level design of finance governance, system and data requirement planning, including inputs on data structures, reporting processes and system needs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree or relevant professional certification being an advantage. Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business planning, or corporate finance within complex organizations or large-scale development projects is essential, with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, consulting, or economic analysis.
