About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare services provider dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered nursing care across Saudi Arabia. As a trusted partner to leading hospitals and clinical facilities, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless patient outcomes in high-demand medical environments throughout the Kingdom. Our team of licensed and certified professionals plays a pivotal role in supporting critical care, emergency medicine, and multi-specialty units, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care in a safe and efficient manner.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse (Prometric), you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive direct patient care in specialized units such as medical-surgical wards, Intensive Care Units (ICU), Emergency Rooms (ER), or other specialty departments, all under the supervision of attending physicians. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting thorough clinical assessments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and the standards set by the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH). Accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in electronic health records (EHR) is essential, as is maintaining full compliance with Prometric certification requirements to ensure ongoing professional eligibility.

Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement coordinated care plans, provide patient education, and facilitate smooth discharge processes. In emergency situations, your clinical judgment and adherence to hospital safety and infection control policies will be critical to ensuring positive patient outcomes. Additionally, you will actively participate in mandatory training sessions, code blue drills, and continuous professional development programs to maintain your licensure and uphold Prometric eligibility standards.

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Strong clinical documentation and patient assessment skills

While the above qualifications are mandatory, the following attributes are considered advantageous:

  • Prior experience in Intensive Care Units (ICU) or Emergency Rooms (ER)
  • Exposure to Pediatric or Oncology Nursing
  • Basic to conversational proficiency in the Arabic language

Benefits and Culture Highlights

We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. This includes a tax-free salary, fully furnished accommodation, transportation assistance, and comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
