Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our projects and contributing to the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. All engineering disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with ERP systems, as proficiency in these platforms is essential for optimizing workflows and integrating data across projects.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration and drive project success.

Preferred Qualifications

While the above qualifications are mandatory, candidates with the following experience and skills will be given preference:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, a leading project management software, to enhance scheduling and resource allocation capabilities.
• Experience with AutoCAD, enabling you to contribute to design, drafting, and technical documentation tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting, supporting informed decision-making processes.
• Prior internship or professional experience with construction companies, infrastructure contractors, or involvement in mega/giga projects will be highly advantageous.
• Additional technical certifications or software skills relevant to the engineering field will strengthen your application.
