Key Responsibilities

The Collector – B2B will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of collection and receivables processes for assigned B2B customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Collections Management: Oversee the entire collection lifecycle, from initial invoicing to final payment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Nestlé’s financial policies.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Conduct regular field visits and direct interactions with customers to proactively follow up on outstanding balances, resolve billing discrepancies, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to streamline invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of customer payment histories, credit limits, and account updates. Analyze aging reports to identify potential risks, mitigate overdue balances, and provide actionable insights to management through accurate weekly forecasts and status updates.
• Compliance & Integrity: Adhere to Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct, upholding the company’s reputation for ethical business practices and corporate responsibility.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and personal attributes:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, with a preference for candidates from FMCG, distribution, or corporate finance backgrounds.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License, as the role requires regular field visits and travel within Riyadh.
