Role Purpose

The Senior Executive Manager for Corporate Health Center Operations plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the strategic and operational management of Mega account Corporate Health Centers. This position is entrusted with ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality healthcare services, strict adherence to regulatory standards, and alignment with corporate health and wellness initiatives. The role demands a dynamic blend of operational excellence, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement to enhance employee health outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency and operational integrity across multiple clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management of Corporate Health Centers

This role requires hands-on leadership to manage the day-to-day operations of in-house clinics situated across corporate locations under the Mega account. The Senior Executive Manager will develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring clinic performance metrics, patient flow dynamics, and service delivery standards to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring the availability of essential medical equipment, supplies, and medications through strategic coordination with internal and external partners, including vendors and procurement teams.
• Overseeing system readiness by collaborating with IT and infrastructure teams to guarantee seamless operations, including the implementation of necessary technological solutions and compliance with digital health standards.
• Partnering with Marketing and Facilities teams to ensure clinics are prepared for service delivery, including logistical arrangements and branding alignment with corporate health initiatives.
• Conducting regular site visits to assess operational workflows, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

2. Quality and Compliance Assurance

Upholding the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and hygiene is a critical responsibility. The Senior Executive Manager will work closely with the medical team to:
