Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the operations of our Corporate Health Center in Yanbu' al Bahr. The Corporate Health Center Operations (Mega AC) role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management, delivery, and continuous improvement of healthcare services within our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization’s health and wellness objectives, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel, to ensure seamless operations and adherence to best practices.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Corporate Health Center, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered healthcare services. Regularly assess performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to identify health-related needs, develop wellness programs, and promote a culture of health and productivity within the workplace.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement healthcare technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, patient experience, and data management within the health center.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international healthcare regulations, as well as organizational policies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to safeguard the health and safety of all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, soliciting feedback, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role within a corporate or large-scale healthcare setting.
• Proven track record in managing healthcare facilities, including budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and best practices in occupational health, preventive care, and wellness programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive measurable outcomes.
