Bupa Arabia, a leading healthcare company, seeks a dynamic PMO Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This role is instrumental in driving project success by providing strategic guidance, managing resources, and ensuring project delivery aligns with our business objectives.

• Develop and maintain project management processes and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
• Facilitate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
