As a System Engineer in our Electrification and Automation team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, integrating, and optimizing complex systems that drive innovation and sustainability. Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic and future-oriented role, you will be responsible for translating customer and project requirements into robust technical solutions. Your contributions will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and architecture to implementation, testing, and commissioning. Key responsibilities include:

  • System Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain comprehensive system architectures, functional specifications, and design documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate design activities across hardware, software, and engineering disciplines to facilitate seamless system integration and ensure all components work harmoniously.
  • Software Development Support: Participate in software development activities, including requirements definition, design reviews, validation, and testing, to ensure systems meet functionality, performance, reliability, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Technical Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review detailed technical documentation, engineering calculations, and configuration records to maintain transparency and adherence to project and regulatory standards.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Lead and support system testing, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities to validate system performance and ensure successful deployment.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system design and software functionality, providing timely solutions to minimize project disruptions.
  • Project Execution Support: Deliver technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise and collaborative spirit. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong foundation in system architecture, requirements management, and system integration principles, along with familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering design processes.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience with industrial automation, control systems, SCADA, PLCs, or related technologies is highly beneficial.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling you to tackle complex technical challenges with confidence.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across global locations.
