Datamatics Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and innovative User Experience (UX) Expert to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user-centered digital experiences that align with our clients’ business objectives and user needs. As a UX Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The UX Expert will play a critical role in shaping the user journey by conducting in-depth research, analyzing user behavior, and translating insights into actionable design solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the user experience.
• User Personas & Journey Mapping: Develop detailed user personas and map out user journeys to visualize the end-to-end experience. Identify key touchpoints and pain points to inform design decisions and prioritize improvements.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Validate designs through iterative testing and refine based on feedback.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that UX designs are feasible, aligned with business goals, and meet technical constraints. Present design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure that all digital products adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are inclusive of diverse user groups. Advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility across the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key UX metrics, such as user retention, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the impact of design changes. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize the user experience.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, research, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing your UX projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and case studies, is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools, user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital design. Understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design is critical.
