Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule is optimized, priorities are aligned, and critical tasks are executed with precision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Support & Coordination: Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless workflow. Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Task Management & Follow-Up: Translate strategic discussions into actionable task lists and project plans. Take ownership of following up with internal teams—such as development, marketing, and operations—and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, to ensure accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
• Business Growth & Proposal Development: Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Assist in drafting comprehensive project proposals, including cost analysis, scope definition, and strategic recommendations. Prepare compelling presentations and executive summaries to support the CEO in high-stakes client, partner, and investor meetings.
• Problem-Solving & Proactivity: Anticipate challenges and proactively address them to minimize disruptions. Maintain a forward-thinking approach to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the business development process.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of two years in business development, management, or executive support roles, with a proven track record in a similar capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini is essential for optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity.
• Communication & Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Learning Agility: A fast learner with a positive attitude, capable of quickly grasping new concepts and technologies. A foundational understanding of software and data systems is beneficial.
• Organizational Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
