Senior Project Manager - Rackspace Technology™

Join Rackspace Technology™, a leading end-to-end hybrid cloud and AI solutions company, as our Senior Project Manager. We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead and coordinate complex client engagements from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all targets and requirements.

In this role, you'll serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, building relationships and identifying new opportunities to solve business problems. You'll also contribute to refining our Professional Services methodology and driving the value of Rackspace to customers and internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document client requirements, serving as a liaison between clients and Rackspace teams.
• Build and maintain a network of cross-functional technical resources for increased productivity and rapid problem resolution.
• Manage project scope, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, and effectively manage change to the project baseline.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and problems to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during presales and project delivery to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Required Experience:

• PMP/Prince2 (Practitioner) certification.
• Proven ability to lead, organize, and execute projects in a consistent manner.
• Technical conversational knowledge in areas such as Public Cloud, DataCenter strategy & operations, capacity, utilization, and performance, Backup, Storage, and Disaster Recovery, migration & consolidation, and IT Service Management (ITIL certification preferred).

This full-time, on-site role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires Arabic language skills.
