Cyber Security Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's information assets by implementing and managing security measures, monitoring threats, and responding to security incidents.

• Monitor security alerts and manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
• Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform regular security audits and risk assessments across the IT landscape.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Support SAP security roles, authorizations, and compliance controls.
• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate security patching and system upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulation exercises.
• Maintain security documentation, audit records, and incident reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar role. Proven hands-on experience with SIEM solutions, vulnerability management, and incident response is essential. Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and threat detection is required. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards is a must. Experience with SAP security administration is an advantage. Security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
