Key Responsibilities

As a Government Relations Specialist at JCV, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, ensuring seamless compliance and operational continuity. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Regulatory Compliance & Permissions: Manage and coordinate all interactions with government entities to secure, renew, and monitor permits, licenses, and approvals essential for business operations.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all official correspondence, transactions, and compliance-related documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Employee Documentation: Facilitate the processing of visas, residency permits, and labor-related documentation for employees, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Financial & Administrative Compliance: Oversee SADAD payments, including government fees, fines, and official charges, while managing all activities on the Muqeem platform, such as residency issuance, renewals, and transfers.
• Platform Coordination: Engage with key government platforms, including Tamm (Traffic Department) for vehicle registrations and violations, Balady platform for municipality-related compliance, and the Logistic Platform (Ministry of Transport) for transportation regulatory adherence.
• Safety & Inspections: Coordinate with Civil Defense (Salama) to ensure safety certifications, inspections, and compliance with fire and safety regulations.
• Immigration & Residency Services: Handle all transactions and follow-ups with immigration authorities, including visa processing, residency services, and employee record updates.

Competencies & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of Saudi government regulations, platforms, and administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Saudi laws, government platforms (e.g., Muqeem, SADAD, Balady, Tamm), and compliance requirements.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with government authorities, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving regulatory challenges and ensuring timely resolution of administrative issues.
• Independence & Reliability: Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.

Education & Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, or administrative management within the commercial or logistics sector is highly advantageous. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential to navigate interactions with government entities and internal teams effectively.
